Many online ordering systems work on the basis of sending orders by email. There is nothing wrong with this system as long as you take good care of your documentation. To avoid the inconvenience of spending hours looking for an important quotation request or order, we developed this module for easy access and maintenance.

quotation requests

• reusability - every quotation request stays in the system for two years. Users can create orders from these requests at any time, while quotations remain in the system for future use
• price brackets - - up to four prices can be defined for different quantities.
• foreign currency selection - quotation requests can be processed in foreign currency at an exchange rate determined by the administrator.
• lifetime - every quotation request is valid for 90 days. After that period it expires and will need to be refreshed.

orders

• reusability - every order stays in the system for two years, during which time it can be used for reordering.
• foreign currency - orders can be processed in foreign currency provided the quotation request for that order was processed in the same currency.

user administration
